    Yearly subscription rates: ACFAS members: Annual dues include $35 for Journal subscription. Nonmember rates: United States and possessions: individuals, $167.00; institutions, $306.00; students and residents, $83.00; single issues, $65.00. All other countries: individuals, $235.00; institutions, $386.00; students and residents, $116.00. For all areas outside the United States and possessions, there is no additional charge for surface delivery. To receive student/resident rate, orders must be accompanied by name of affiliated institution, date of term, and the signature of program/residency coordinator on institution letterhead. Orders will be billed at individual rate until proof of status is received.
