Due to a production error, the March/April 2010 issue (volume 49, number 2, pp 216) of the Journal of Foot & Ankle Surgery published a retraction notice for the article The Use of a Femoral Distractor to Aid Distal Tibial Resection During Total Ankle Arthroplasty, by Michael Whitehouse, Simon Thompson, Paul Halliwell, and Matthew Solan.

The article identified in the retraction notice ran on pages 205-207 in the same issue and should not have been retracted. The journal regrets the error.
